Delete your PoolPro account

You can request permanent deletion of your PoolPro account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the Google account you use to sign in to PoolPro. This helps verify account ownership.
  2. Use the subject PoolPro account deletion request and include the Google email linked to your PoolPro account.
  3. We may contact you if additional verification is required. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

What will be deleted: your PoolPro account, profile information, stored contact details and personal ride data associated with the account. Limited information may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
Deleting your PoolPro account does not delete your Google account.
